I AM AVAILABLE FOR A WIDE RANGE OF TEACHING POSSIBILITIES. I LOVE TO TRAVEL, AND MEET NEW PEOPLE WHO DESIRE A YOGIC LIFESTYLE ~
YOGA MAT CLASS ~ My favorite format is 90 minutes including 15 minutes for personal practice, and 15 minutes for Savasana. I teach this in a Fitness Center venue, in home for private sessions, at the beach, and in daily retreat events.
DAY RETREATS ~ May include a combination of mat class, meditation class/group session, journaling, affirmative thinking exercises, energy movement exercises, intention setting, hiking, horseback riding, swimming, paddle boarding, or any other desired activity.
WEEK LONG RETREATS ~ These are developed to include activities available at a chosen venue, along with Yoga classes, nature appreciation, meditation sessions, writing exercises, affirmation practice, energy movement exercises, intention setting, personal quiet time, and life goal setting.
YOGA AND HORSES ~ A unique way of integrating Yoga, meditation, journaling, personal spiritual practice, energy work, affirmations, intentions, and nature appreciation with horsemanship. I prefer to have gracious horses who are available for personal connection and riding.
STAND UP PADDLEBOARD (SUP) YOGA ~ This practice takes yoga into the elements of water, balance, and core strength in a unique way. Yoga is integrated into paddling time and can be for a 90-minute session or woven into a day long or week long paddling experience.
SUP YOGA TEACHER TRAINING CERTIFICATION ~ This unique collaboration between myself, ReFlex Arts, and SURFit USA offers a 20-hour certification class for yoga teachers who want to take their classes onto paddleboards. The certificate is awarded by ReFlex Arts and Yoga, a Yoga Alliance certified school. The training can be held in any appropriate water venue.
GOLFIN DOLPHIN ~ Learn to golf like dolphins live – in joy and fun. This is a one-day event, integrating Yoga, meditation, affirmations, game and shot rituals into practice on the golf course. The golf course session can be on the practice range or a round of golf. The one-day event can include subsequent follow-up sessions to review and reinforce skills during regular golf games.
